Fernando Saludes García is CEO of Industrias Saludes, a fourth-generation Valencian industrial group with 125 years of presence and leadership in the signaling, road safety, mobility and urban equipment sectors, and in which he has been developing his professional life, mainly linked to the areas of Finance, Innovation, SSII, Organizational Model and Strategy. With a clearly industrial vocation, diversification and innovation have always been the main growth drivers of the group, highlighting its strong commitment to the institutions deployed to support R&D&i, which led it to form part of the Constituent Board of AIMME technology center in 1987, and to currently be a partner of four technology centers.
Graduated in Economic Sciences from the University of Valencia, Diploma in Business Sciences from Florida Universitaria, and Master in Tax Consulting from the Center for Financial Studies, he has gradually increased his commitment to the industrial and innovative ecosystem, assuming different challenges and roles in the main agents that represent them.
At the institutional level, he currently holds the presidency of REDIT, Network of Technological Institutes of the Valencian Community, and of AIDIMME technology center. Likewise, he is part of the Executive Committee of the Valencian Metal Federation, FEMEVAL, in which he assumes the presidency of its Knowledge Transfer Commission, and of the Executive Committee of the innovative business group VALMETAL.
As President of REDIT, he participates in the main innovation and technology forums, among which the IVACE Board of Directors stands out; the Board of Directors of the Valencian Innovation Agency; the Valencian Entrepreneurship Council, the RIS3 Steering Committee; the High Board of Trustees of Casa Mediterráneo; the Board of Trustees of the Las Naves de Valencia Foundation; the Advisory Council of the International University of Valencia, and the Board of Directors of the CEV (Valencian Business Confederation), where he also assumes the vice presidency of its Innovation Commission and one of its members in the R&D&i Commission in the CEOE (Spanish Confederation of Business Confederations).
